Fasting!!
Been there-Done that...
and its the best thing you can do for your body and mind. And even more-so the human spirit! This is a excellent exercise in discipline and self-denial with amazing results!
This book also has a daily journal so you can see exactly what its like when someone fast for a length of time. It informs you of both the pros and cons and the many various types of a fast. I like this book because its not written by some quack whose trying to get you to do some weird thing. Fasting is a very normal and healing process and challenge (I know). More on this later.
